Movements that are different yet attractive to the eye with music choices that are upbeat is one feature in a way to challenge their goal achieving in dance. Some dancers have music selections like classical music, jazz music, contemporary music, hip hop music, modern music, pop music and even some freestyles and other genres that primarily uplifts the beat in the dancer’s performance. Dancers in gymnastics learn how to use improvisation to create moves on the go to help build that confidence on stage when performing. Music is one feature that really helps to build unique moves to incorporate to top their routine with flow.
